Dr Moodley has a wealth of experience in clinical dermatology, having worked in academic departments in the United Kingdom and in South Africa. He is skilled in the diagnosis and treatment of all aspects of clinical dermatology, in children and adults.
He trained at St John’s Institute of Dermatology in London – one of the world's leading centres for patients with skin diseases and has a sound knowledge of skin pathology, which is invaluable in the diagnosis of unusual and rare skin disorders.

Dr Moodley has extensive experience in skin cancer screening and in dermoscopy. Dermoscopy is a technique using a specialised hand-held device called a dermatoscope that enable a trained dermatologist to diagnose skin cancer like melanoma earlier.
