Dear patient, I am taking a sabbatical from the 18th of May to the 30th of August 2026. I am going on an adventure. During this time, the practice will be closed.

Sabbatical Guidelines:

• A clear diagnosis and treatment plan will have been discussed with every patient seen.

• All patients will have received copies of their results in writing and/or a hard copy.

• Your GP can request copies of your blood results from Pathcare.

• Your GP can request your histopathology results from Ampath.

• For repeat scripts, please contact your GP.
